Band Booster Meeting
Change! |

The Band Booster
meetings have been changed to the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The time has
also been changed to 6:00 pm. |

Therefore, the next Band Booster meeting will be
March 9th at 6:00 pm
in the band room.
We look

Mandatory Spring Trip Meeting
- Tuesday, March 9th 6:00pm |
|
This is a
mandatory meeting for all personnel going on the spring trip to Nashville,
TN.
All proper
WCPSS documentation and forms will be filled out and checked at this
meeting to ensure all
bases have
been covered. Failure to do so may prevent a student or chaperone from
attending the trip!
All
chaperones should have a WCPSS volunteer form with the
proper
level of clearance filled out before this meeting.
Please stop
by the front office at GMHS to complete this form if you have not done so
already. |

A
$100 deposit and permission form are due by 2/1/10. Fair share must be
paid in full to be eligible to go. Balance is due 2/25/10.
You can send trip
payments with your student and have them put the envelope in the mailbox
outside of Mr Serina's office. DO NOT send cash! Put the students name
on the envelope and mark it for band trip.
You can also mail

Lastly, if there are
excess funds in your students account you can email the treasurer to apply
funds to the trip. You must email
cathymclamb@gmail.com to give permission for funds to be allocated
from a student account. Include the students name and the dollar amount
to allocate. |
